A Turnkey build is a simple way to buy a brand-new home. You choose a Homes by Orange property that’s available or under construction, and we manage the build through to completion. There’s no need to buy a section separately or organise the trades yourself.
Turnkey Builds
Each home comes with a clear specification, so you can see what’s included and know the agreed price before you commit. Depending on the stage of the build, there may be opportunities to make some selections and add your own touches. We’ll talk you through what’s possible for the home you’re considering.
Once you’ve chosen your home, you pay a deposit, with the balance due on completion. Our team keeps you updated as the build progresses, then arranges the final handover when your new home is ready.

House & Land Packages
A House & Land Package brings the section and the home together, giving you a clear starting point for your new build. We match a section with a home design that makes the most of the site, then work with you to shape the details around the way you want to live.
You will be able to choose between different floor plans, adjust the layout, or make selections for your kitchen, flooring, colours and finishes. We’ll explain what’s included, what can be changed, and how your choices affect the price before you make any decisions.
Once your plans and selections are agreed, our team manages the build and keeps you informed along the way. You’ll have the support of client relationship manager from those first conversations through to the day you receive your keys.

You Design - We Build
If you want to start from scratch, Design and Build with Homes by Orange means you get exactly what you want. We work through your wish-list and budget to catch your dreams on paper and turn your dream home into a reality.
We can work with an existing plan you may have or start from scratch. Create a one-off design which gives you the flexibility to include all of the features that are important to you.
Project Parter
Project partner is the only completely transparent building process on the market.
Take advantage of our exclusive buying power and project management expertise to manage your build. You get to retain control over what aspects you want to do, and choose who does the rest.
Renovations
Looking to add a room? Maybe you want to take out a wall and create some open living in your existing home, or even redesign your entire existing home? We can help.
