A higher standard.

This gorgeous home was an adaptation of one of our standard plans (the Astrolabe) that we liked so much we've made most of their changes our new standard!

The Bill family wanted an architecturally designed home that also provided their growing family with comfortable living solutions. 

Four bedrooms are generously proportioned to give every family member a quiet oasis, separate from the living areas. 

The layout makes the most of the large section with feature windows providing views of the front lawn and backyard and the four sets of sliding doors create fantastic indoor- outdoor flow.  

Feature pendant lights add a sophisticated touch and the tiles in the bathrooms add to the luxurious feel of the home.   

At the heart of the living areas is a designer kitchen that has entertaining and/ or family living in mind, flowing seamlessly to the dining area and sunny, private deck and BBQ space. 

Well planned landscaping completes the package and connects this home to the fantastic outdoor areas.
