Building your portfolio 

Having already completed their first build with Homes By Orange, the Halligan's built another investment property right next door. With a very narrow section Peter and Nicky opted to design their own home with one of our design team.

The outcome is an easy flow 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with ample storage and a walk in pantry. With the pairs experience and our designer's knowledge they were able to come up with a fantastic design that takes advantage of all day sun and creates generous outdoor living areas with semi rural views. 

We love  working with the Halligan's and can't wait to build their own dream home next year.
